Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Below are our standard shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (Within the EU):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 48/72 hours.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 48 hours.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to potential delays due to customs, local courier services, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Transport Incidents
GasSpringsEU makes shipments through specialized external transport companies.
Once the order has been dispatched, the transportation and logistics of the shipment are managed by the corresponding transport company. In the event of delays, logistical issues, loss, or damage occurring during transport, GasSpringsEU will handle the claim directly with the transport company in order to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.
The customer agrees to notify any delivery incident within a maximum period of 48 hours from the expected delivery date, providing the necessary information to initiate the claim with the transport company.
The resolution of these incidents will be subject to the investigation and verification procedures established by the transport company, whose timelines may vary depending on the type of incident.
In the event that the carrier confirms the loss or damage of the shipment, GasSpringsEU will proceed, as applicable, to:
- Reship the product at no additional cost, or
- Refund the order amount.
Returns or refunds will not be processed when the incident arises from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, repeated absence at the delivery address, or impossibility of delivery due to causes attributable to the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply for certain products or locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- GasSpringsEU is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- GasSpringsEU is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to submit your claim.
